GDPR Data Request

Overview

You can readily view, rectify, or delete the information that Matcherino collects and controls from you by logging into your account and viewing your account profile. For data that is collected and controlled by event organizers but processed by Matcherino, please contact the respective event organizer.

Requirements

If you wish to receive an export of data collected and controlled by Matcherino, you may do so by emailing the following information to support at matcherino.com:

1. Your Name
2. Proof of Identify (e.g. a scan of your government-issued identification card)
3. Your Address (you must be an EU resident to submit a GDPR data request)
4. Nature of Request
   1. Explanation of Purpose of Request
   2. Select one of the following:
      1. Access to Data
      2. Rectification of Data
      3. Erasure of Data
      4. Objection to Processing

Disclosure and Consent

By submitting this form, you understand and consent to the following:

The submitted information is processed solely for the purpose of validating your identity and answering your request.

The submitted information is shared only with the parties needed to answer the request.

The submitted information will be deleted immediately after processing the request.

The submitted information is handled in compliance with GDPR.

We will reply within 30 days. The period may be extended upon notice two more months for complex or numerous requests. The processing of the request is free of charge, but Matcherino reserves the right, as allowed under the GDPR, to charge a reasonable fee to cover certain administrative costs, such as providing additional copies of the data or for handling manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
